Marinate the chicken with turmeric powder, chilli powder and kashmiri chilli powder and salt and keep it aside for 4 to 6 hours.
Pour 2 tablespoon cooking oil and once it is hot enough add chicken pieces and close with lid.
Let it fry for 10 minutes.
Open the lid and keep cooking with lid open till it is dry.
Once it is dry, then add the fennel powder and fry it for another 10 to 15 minutes.
Chicken will be red in color, season with lots of fried curry leaves.
