Easy Chicken


Chicken - 1, cut into 8 to 10 pieces
Yogurt - 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves (garnish)
Garam masala (cardamom, clove and cinnamon-dry roasted and powdered)

Grind together the following:
Ginger - a small piece
Garlic - 8 to10 cloves
Turmeric, red chilli , coriander , cumin ( powders) - 1/4 tsp each
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - a few sprigs


Wash chicken, drain and add all ingredients.
Marinate for 1hr.
In a non stick pan, heat a little oil and place the chicken with the masala.
Cook till chicken is done and the masala is dry.
Squeeze half a lemon (optional)
Serve with rice or rotis.
